ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms of Service apply to the PROADS website and services provided by Professional Advanced Solutions under the PROADS brand.
By requesting, purchasing or using a PROADS service, you agree to these Terms. If we agree separate written terms with you for a particular service, those terms will apply where they differ from these Terms.
OUR SERVICES
PROADS provides business services including managed review-request systems, automation and related digital services.
The exact scope, setup, inclusions, pricing and ongoing services will be confirmed with you before paid work begins.
REVIEW GROWTH SERVICE
PROADS Review Growth helps businesses establish and manage a consistent process for inviting genuine customers to leave honest reviews.
Depending on the agreed service, this may include setup, review-request communications, follow-up communications, tracking and related management.
PROADS does not create, purchase, fabricate or alter customer reviews and does not guarantee that a customer will leave a review after receiving a request.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:
• Providing accurate business and contact information
• Ensuring that customer information supplied to PROADS has been collected and may be used for the agreed purpose
• Identifying appropriate genuine customers to receive review requests
• Providing reasonable access, approvals or information required to deliver the agreed service
• Reviewing and approving material where approval is requested
• Maintaining access to relevant third-party accounts where required
You must not use PROADS services to request false, misleading or fabricated reviews or for any unlawful purpose.
THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
PROADS services may interact with third-party platforms and services, including Google Business Profile, Google Reviews, email providers, CRM systems and other technology providers.
These services operate under their own terms, policies and technical requirements.
PROADS does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their availability, functionality, policies, algorithms, rankings or continued operation.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
PROADS aims to provide a reliable and consistent process, but we do not guarantee:
• A particular number of reviews
• That a recipient will open, click or respond to a review request
• That a customer will submit a review
• The rating or content of any review
• Improvements in Google rankings, search visibility, enquiries, sales or revenue
• That a third-party platform will publish or retain a review
Results depend on factors outside PROADS' control, including customer behaviour and third-party platform policies.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Pricing, setup fees, recurring fees and any other charges will be communicated and agreed with you before paid services commence.
You are responsible for paying agreed charges in accordance with the payment terms provided with your proposal, invoice or service agreement.
We will not charge you for services that have not been agreed.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
Any applicable minimum term, notice period, cancellation arrangement or service-specific condition will be communicated before you enter into a paid service.
You may contact us if you wish to change or cancel a service. Any amounts already due for services provided remain payable.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
PROADS and Professional Advanced Solutions retain ownership of their own systems, processes, templates, website content, branding and other intellectual property.
You retain ownership of your business information, branding and materials that you provide to us.
You must not copy, resell or commercially reproduce PROADS systems, templates or materials unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We take reasonable steps to provide our services reliably, but services may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems, internet outages or third-party service interruptions.
Where practical, we will work to restore affected services within a reasonable period.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, PROADS and Professional Advanced Solutions are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or from the actions, availability or decisions of third-party platforms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
